The Edwardsville Breakers Swim Team is a year round competitive age group swim club with approximately 160 swimmers ranging in age from 6 through 18. Approximately 60% of the team compete at the Illinois State Swim Meet and approximately 3 - 4 swimmers a year win the Illinois State Championship. The team has had many Top Five finishes at the Illinois State Meet with a finish as high as First Place! As many as 13 swimmers in a single year have qualified to compete at the National Meet in Florida. Many of the team have persevered and been successful in swimming at a college level.
